We understand that these are difficult times, and want to assure you that we have implemented a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. Whilst the level of cleanliness has always been exceptionally high, we have established further protocols to ensure all potential risks have been addressed.
Increased cleaning of all communal areas.
The provision of hand sanitisers in communal areas.
Steam cleaning of all soft-furnishings, carpets and mattresses between each guests stay. Deep clean of all rooms and bathrooms between each guests stay.
Reduced housekeeping during your stay. We will not enter your room during your stay as this will minimise contact with guests’ belongings and rooms. Fresh towels, glasses, cups etc will be available upon request.
Scheduled breakfast slots which will be booked upon arrival.
Individual and single use items including jams, marmalades, condiments and cereals will be provided.
Bedrooms will have single use sachets of shampoos and shower gels provided.
There are no external staff which further reduces potential risk.
Do not visit our Bed and Breakfast if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19.
Upon arrival, you are asked to ring the doorbell, then step back two metres to allow the host to open the door whilst adhering to social distancing.
You will be asked to fully complete the guest registration form.
You will be shown the communal areas, including the hand sanitiser dispensers.
You will be asked to confirm your required breakfast time from the three choices. Please be aware the choice may be reduced if the allocated hour has already reached maximum capacity. You may choose to have a continental breakfast in your room.
When in the communal areas – namely the landing, stairs, hallway and dining room – you are asked to remain mindful of and adhere to the two metre social distancing requirement.
We very much hope that you enjoy your stay with us, and feel confident in the updates to our policy to ensure your stay is not only enjoyable but also safe.
